Golden Blossom Imperial Resorts, Lucknow

My experience at Golden Blossom was quite a mix. The venue is absolutely stunning, ideal for special events, and the staff is incredibly supportive. However, my stay did have some letdowns, especially regarding cleanliness, which really impacted my overall impression. The hospitality showed by the management and chefs was commendable, but the errors in room upkeep took away from the luxury experience one would expect at a resort.

We had a mixed experience at the resort. While the ambiance and the cleanliness were commendable, we faced significant issues with the water supply during our stay. The warm water was intermittent, which was quite inconvenient, especially since I was feeling unwell. However, the staff, particularly Ms. Arcana Basnet, turned things around with their support during the issue. The food was excellent, and the overall service improved after our initial setbacks.

I had an awful experience during my stay. While the check-in was fast, I was dropped off at the wrong building, causing unnecessary hassle. Unfortunately, the room was worn out with dirty carpets and walls, and the water in the bathroom barely reached a warm temperature. I also had issues with the AC, which made it hard to get comfortable, and the noise from a party outside prevented me from relaxing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at the resort, enjoying the spacious grounds with beautiful parks and gardens. The service was attentive and made us feel special, particularly during our family's wedding events. However, the housekeeping was a bit of a letdown, as we encountered issues with cleanliness and responsiveness. Overall, it's a great place for family gatherings but with some areas that need improvement.
